Co-op 30. This one has disease resistance and even some pest insect resistance (I believe it is because of the tough skin it has some level of pest resistance, I could be wrong). Anyways, I use a jack knife and peel the apple when I eat them. It does taste really good. If you are into making sauce, be sure to watch this one closely as it cooks down a lot quicker than a lot of the others.
